EDUCATION

Graduating from Miranda House, an esteemed all-girls’ college affiliated with Delhi University, Devika actively participated in the college’s dramatics society, ‘Anukriti.’

CAREER

Devika Sharma’s television career took off with a supporting role in an episode of Star TV’s “Savdhaan India” in 2012. Although her initial appearance was minor, it served as a stepping stone for her subsequent projects. She then secured a role in the second season of &TV’s horror fiction show, hosted by Bipasha Basu, which further showcased her talent. Following that, she joined the cast of Life OK’s epic drama, “Naagarjuna – Ek Yoddha” in 2016.

In “Naagarjuna,” Devika portrayed the prominent character of Rani Sumukhi, which garnered attention and recognition for her remarkable performance. Subsequently, she landed her first lead role in the ‘Transgender’ episode of Sony TV’s real-crime-based show, “Crime Patrol: Satark” in 2003.

Devika’s recent notable works include her appearance in Crime Patrol’s two-part episode titled ‘Lure’ in 2018, where she played the protagonist Neelima in the first installment, as well as her involvement in the ‘Courtroom’ episode in 2019. Currently, she resides in the vibrant city of Mumbai, Maharashtra, alongside her family, continuing to make her mark in the industry.
