Sahaj Chopra was born on March 19, 1991, in Ambala, Haryana. Sahaj comes from a Sikh family and follows Sikhism as his religion.

Sahaj joined his family business, Chopra Automobiles. He also worked as an assistant director for the film “Daawat-e-Ishq” in 2014, which starred his sister Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur.
In 2018, Sahaj established the franchise of the UK-based cookies brand, Millie’s Cookies, in Saket, New Delhi, India. He decided to open the franchise after his sister Parineeti Chopra recommended it based on her positive experiences with the brand in London.
In 2019, Sahaj co-founded Fat Tiger, a restaurant chain with outlets in multiple cities across India, including Goa, Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kanpur, and Dehradun. In 2021, he co-established The Old Delhi restaurant at Omaxe World Street in Faridabad.
