Tina Bigalke holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and International Studies (MSILR) from West Virginia University, where she completed her education from 1992 to 1994.
CAREER
Prior to her current position, Tina has had an extensive career within PepsiCo, demonstrating a strong commitment to human resources and diversity. Before becoming the Chief Diversity Officer, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP HR) for FLUS Commercial at PepsiCo – Frito Lay North America from March 2017 to May 2020, contributing to the company’s strategic human resources management in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
Her journey at PepsiCo also includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Operations, Global Procurement & R&D from March 2015 to March 2017 in Plano, TX, and a significant tenure of 10 years and 6 months as Vice President of Human Resources at Headquarters from September 2011 to February 2015 in Dallas, TX. Tina has also served as Vice President of Human Resources for South Division Sales and West Division Sales, showcasing her diverse experience within the company.
Before joining PepsiCo, she worked as a Human Resources Director for Magnetek from September 2004 to November 2008 and held a similar position at MagneTek from 1997 to 2000. Earlier in her career, Tina served as a Human Resources Manager at PPG Industries from 1994 to 1997.
