EDUCATION
Abhijit Dubey obtained a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1997 and pursued an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at Stanford University, completing it in 2000.
CAREER
Presently, Mr. Dubey serves as the Global Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd., holding positions on the board of directors for NTT Ltd. and the advisory board of NTT Venture Capital. Before joining NTT, he held the role of Senior Partner and led the Global Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) Practice at McKinsey and Company in Silicon Valley and Seattle. Notably, Mr. Dubey founded McKinsey’s cloud practice in 2004 and played a pivotal role in leading its North American software sector. Additionally, he co-founded McKinsey’s internal venture organization, instrumental in the firm’s transition into an asset-based consulting entity. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Dubey contributed to Schlumberger in the Oilfield Services business, stationed in North Africa.During his 11-year involvement in NTT Ltd’s global expansion, Mr. Dubey has contributed to the company’s remarkable growth from $1B to a $20B global IT services powerhouse. Emphasizing Diversity/Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) and Sustainability, Mr. Dubey, as CEO in the last 2 years, has successfully shattered the glass ceiling by ensuring a consistent diversity mix in senior management, including the executive team.
