CAREER
Since joining Lilly in 1998, Eric has had a varied career with assignments spanning the organization and the world. Before his current position, he held roles such as Vice President of Ethics and Compliance, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer for Loxo@Lilly. He has worked in Lilly’s Diabetes, Neuroscience, and Oncology units, served as Chief Marketing Officer and Neuroscience Business Leader in Japan, and held the position of General Manager for Lilly Puerto Rico.
Eric is active on several civic boards within the greater Indianapolis area, such as the Center for Leadership Development and Christian Theological Seminary.
Throughout his nearly 25-year tenure at Lilly, Dozier has undertaken roles of increasing responsibility within the company’s commercial sector, covering diverse therapeutic areas. He notably served as Chief Marketing Officer for the Japan affiliate. Before assuming his current position, Dozier held the role of Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance.
Eric Dozier, presently serving as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Loxo@Lilly, is being elevated to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and Diversity, succeeding Fry. In his new role, Dozier will report to Ricks and become a member of Lilly’s Executive Committee following Fry’s retirement.
