In this capacity, Mazhari led the global Sales and Client Relationships teams, overseeing the company’s revenue growth across various industry verticals, products, service lines, and geographies. He also had responsibilities for Brand, Communication, Marketing, and partnerships and alliances with strategic service providers.
Before his role as Chief Growth Officer, Ahmed Mazhari was the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Client Relationships at Genpact for 2 years and 11 months, from October 2013 to August 2016. In this position, he continued to lead the global Sales and Client Relationships teams, with a focus on strengthening the sales strategy in line with client needs and expectations. He worked on expanding the sales team, attracting talent, and driving sales force effectiveness for both existing and new accounts.

He was also involved in setting up and running the Reinsurance delivery for GE during this period.
Ahmed Mazhari started his career as an Operations Manager for the GE-SBI JV, where he was part of the launch team that set up and launched the Bank Card of a joint venture between GE Capital and the State Bank of India.
