Aiman Ezzat holds an MSc (Master of Science) in Chemical Engineering from École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon in France, showcasing his strong educational foundation. Additionally, he earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, further enhancing his business acumen.
In terms of his educational background, he holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, earned between 1989 and 1991. Additionally, he possesses an MSc in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon, where he pursued his studies from 1978 to 1983.

Aiman Ezzat has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Capgemini SE since May 20, 2020. In this leadership role, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of the company. He also serves as a director of Capgemini SE and is a member of the Strategy & CSR Committee, underscoring his influence within the organization.
Prior to becoming CEO, Aiman Ezzat held significant leadership positions within Capgemini SE. He served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Capgemini SE from January 1, 2018, to May 20, 2020, where he contributed to the company’s operational excellence and growth over a span of 2 years and 5 months. Before that, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group from December 2012 to the end of May 2018. During his tenure as CFO, Aiman Ezzat played a crucial role in the financial management and strategic direction of the company. His contributions were recognized when he was named the “Best European CFO” in the technology and software category in the “2017 All European Executive Team” by Institutional Investor.
Aiman Ezzat’s career also includes key roles outside of Capgemini. From December 2008 to 2012, he led the Financial Services Global Business Unit (GBU) and previously served as Chief Operating Officer from November 2007. His career highlights also include his involvement in the development of the Booster turnaround plan for Capgemini’s activities in the United States and the Group’s offshore strategy. Before joining Capgemini, Aiman Ezzat served as Managing Director of International Operations at Headstrong, a global business and technology consultancy, from 2000 to 2004. During this time, he worked with Financial Services clients in Asia, North America, and Europe.
