CAREER
During his time at school, Akhil Kutty began performing and participating in drama. He like mimicking performances a much. He was chosen to serve as the college’s Arts Club’s secretary. In an interview, the actor recalled how his friend Akhil Chempazhanthi introduced him to the comedic world. Professional comedic actor Akhil Chempazhanthi competed in the comedy competition show “Smile Please” all the way to the semifinals. After completing his education and working at the Techno Park, he joined the Mimicry Troupe. He met the Kalamandir troupe through his working with his uncle. They invited me to join the group as a dancer when they saw it, so I accepted. He gradually started working with him on sketches. He made his TV debut on “Comedy Express” the following year. For the first time, his team was out casting for “Comedy Express.” Later, he showed up for the performance in his place. The “Superstars” team advanced to the semifinal round before being eliminated.
