Born in 1982 in Delhi, India, Aman Gupta hails from a prosperous Hindu family with Jyoti Kochar Gupta as his mother and Neeraj Gupta as his father. He shares his family with a sister named Neha Gupta and a brother named Anmol Gupta. Aman is happily married to Priya Sagar, and together, they are proud parents to two daughters, Mia Gupta and Adaa Gupta. Aman holds Indian nationality and practices Hinduism as his religion. Aman Gupta received his education at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, and obtained a Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University. He pursued his Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification through ICAI. Additionally, Aman successfully completed his MBA at the Indian School of Business and Finance.
CAREER
Between 2012 and 2013, Aman Gupta was a Sales Manager and partner at Harman International in India. From 2003 to 2005, he held the role of Assistant Director at Citibank. Before co-founding BoAt, he also served as the CEO of Advanced Telemedia Pvt Ltd from 2005 to 2010. Aman has worked as an Executive Consultant at KPMG and is the founding partner of Imagine Marketing India. Furthermore, he has held the position of Chair on the D2C Board of the Internet and Mobile Association of India.
Prior to establishing BoAt, Aman Gupta gained professional experience at CitiFinancial, KPMG, and Harman International (JBL). Currently, he is actively participating as an investor on the television business reality show “Shark Tank India,” which airs on Sony TV
