CAREER

Upon finishing his education, Ankit relocated to the United States and began his career at UBS. After three years, he made the decision to return to India and embark on an entrepreneurial journey, despite initial challenges. In 2015, he joined CarDekho as the Strategic Head of its insurance vertical, following significant roles at Anand Rathi Advisors and MoveInSync. Despite tempting offers to return to the US, he opted to stay, driven by his commitment to contributing to his homeland and society.

In 2017, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with InsuranceDekho. An enthusiastic reader, Ankit devours a minimum of eight books each month. He firmly holds the belief that education is the ultimate equalizer in anyone’s life. Additionally, he takes on the role of a mentor, coaching the children of his household staff and driver, emphasizing the significance of education as the most valuable gift.
