She attended Vivekananda Central School in Kerala from UKG through grade. She then attended the Keralan Amrita Vidyalayam from second to tenth grade. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing in 2017 from Portland State University’s School of Business.

Soon after completing her college education in 2017, Aparna Mulberry started working for Matrack Inc. in the US as a sales manager and an online content moderator. In 2019, she then began working there as a Social Media Manager on a contract basis for Sacred Source Botanicals LLC. From August 2015 to February 2022, Aparna Mulberry worked as a part-time social media marketing consultant at Nathan Garnett Consulting.
