Armaan Jain was born on June 23, 1990, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to a Jain family. His father, Manoj Jain, is an investment banker who married Reema Kapoor, a housewife, and he is a member of the Kapoor family. Aadar Jain is Armaan’s younger brother. Raj Kapoor, Shashi Kapoor, and Shammi Kapoor are his maternal grandfathers, while Krishna Kapoor is his maternal grandmother. His relatives include actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, as well as actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Armaan Jain was formerly married to Anissa Malhotra, a fashion blogger and marketing professional. They were engaged on July 30, 2019, and are planning to married on February 3, 2020, in a very big wedding in Maximum City.
EDUCATION
Armaan Jain graduated from the Cathedral and John Connon Schools in Fort, Mumbai. Subsequently, he enrolled at Regent’s University in London and dropped out while obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
CAREER
Armaan Jain began his career as an assistant director on the film ‘My Name Is Khan’ in 2010. In 2012, he worked as an assistant director on the film “Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu” and in the film “Student of the Year” (2012). Armaan Jain made his acting debut in the film “Lekar Hum Deewana Dil,” directed by Imtiaz Ali’s brother, Arif Ali.
Armaan Jain co-starred in his first film, Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, as Dinesh Nigam ‘Dino,’ with actresses Deeksha Seth and Nikita Dutta. The film was not a commercial success and received a 5/10 grade from critics.
Arman is also a model and film producer, having established his own production business in 2018. Arman ran the Roll Camera Films production company with his elder brother Aadar Jain. Armaan Jain is currently running his family business and running a film production firm.
