Arohi Rao is an Indian news anchor. She gained notoriety in 2022 after participating in Season 6 on Star Maa’s reality series Big Boss.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
On September 9, 1996, in the Telangana village of Kanaparthy, Arohi Rao Perala was born. Her sign is the Virgo.
Her mother passed away in 2001. After remarrying, her father gave Arohi to her grandma. Arohi’s father died a few years after her mother did. She claims she never knew her father, but she did go to his funeral. She has an elder brother. She discussed this in an interview and said, “I grew up by myself with my grandmother. I had an older brother, but he resided in the hostel, so I had no one to share good or bad news with.
She confessed her dread of relationships in an interview. Arohi continued by saying that she had been sexually molested as a child by a member of her family, and as a result of that incident, she had developed a fear of approaching men. I didn’t even have somebody at school tell me that was inappropriate, she said in a quote. Just tolerate it. I was a young child when my rape attempt occurred. Our relative used to reside in the village. I was called Anna, but he would be Babai. He was pressing and pulling on me while holding me. I believed he was striking me.. He released me when I yelled and fled, which terrified me.
EDUCATION
Arohi entered Vagdevi Degree & P.G. College Kishanpura Hanamkonda to pursue her graduation after completing her education. She later sought an MBA in Human Resource Management, but she left the programme early owing to financial difficulties.

CAREER
After graduating, Arohi Rao received training in news reading and anchoring. She got her first job at the neighbourhood news station I5. Later, Arohi served as a news anchor for other news networks, including Studio News, Bheems Media, and Political Bench. Later, she appeared in an audition for TV9, a well-known news channel, and was chosen due to her Telegu accent. She is well known for presenting Ismart News on TV9.
Arohi made her television debut in 2022 by taking part in the sixth season of Star Maa’s Telegu reality series Big Boss.
