Dave Ricks is the Chair and CEO of Eli Lilly and Company, a prominent pharmaceutical company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
EDUCATION
Before joining Eli Lilly, Ricks worked as an Account Representative at IBM from 1991 to 1994. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, which he earned in 1996. Ricks also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University, obtained in 1990.
