Harshvardhan Saraf was born in the city of Calcutta (now Kolkata).

Subah Jain is Harshvardhan’s wife’s name (Subah Saraf after marriage). Subah is a wellness speaker, YouTuber, and educator. Subah and Harshvardhan first met in 2018 at a Vedary workshop in Mumbai, where Harshvardhan was participating in a yoga Nidra session. Harshvardhan and Subah married on February 11, 2020.
EDUCATION
Harshvardhan Saraf enrolled at The International School Bangalore in 2007, where he studied IB Economics and Mathematics. In 2009, he enrolled in Babson College’s entrepreneurship programme in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
He enrolled at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria in 2012.
CAREER
In May 2013, he established his own tea business. In 2017, Harshvardhan founded Vedary, a holistic medical clinic in Mumbai, with the goal of creating a life-rebooting experience. Every month, a large number of doctors come to Vedary. Ayurveda, nutrition, reflexology, aromatherapy, fasting therapy, and other natural medical practises are used to help people deal with health issues. Harshvaradhan and other team members attend self-help workshops.
Harshvardhan and his wife, Subah Jain, founded the Satvic Movement, a non-profit organisation dedicated to bringing man closer to mother nature. Harshvardhan and Subah offer health transformation workshops both in person and online. They have a team, and their office is in Gurgaon, Delhi.
They also have a YouTube channel called Satvic Movement, which features videos about healthy eating, disease cures, Yoga, and healing stories. The channel has over 3.27 million subscribers and received a gold and silver YouTube play button in 2019.
