Seeking new opportunities, Jojo transitioned to PepsiCo, an American multinational food and beverage corporation, where she assumed the role of a senior marketing analyst in April 2015. Afterward, in July 2016, she transitioned to Peloton Interactive, where she served as a manager, contributing her expertise for slightly over a year. However, it was in July 2019 that Jojo found her calling at the American Civil Rights Union (ACLU), joining as a leadership fellow.
