Sudarshan is the head of the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India, collaborating with clients on numerous high-profile leadership appointments.
Sudarshan serves as an Independent Director on multiple company boards and has authored numerous articles in leading business publications, covering a wide range of topics in general management, human resources, and academia.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Sudarshan is an avid marathoner, fitness enthusiast, and amateur squash player. He also engages in angel investing, with investments in emerging sectors such as Healthtech, HR SAAS, and Aviation.
