Sudarshan earned his B. Tech in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. He is currently enrolled in the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School.

Operating from both Mumbai and Singapore, Sudarshan boasts more than 25 years of executive search experience. He has successfully led domestic and international search assignments for Indian and multinational corporations spanning various industries and functions. Sudarshan is the head of the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India, collaborating with clients on numerous high-profile leadership appointments.
Sudarshan serves as an Independent Director on multiple company boards and has authored numerous articles in leading business publications, covering a wide range of topics in general management, human resources, and academia.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Sudarshan is an avid marathoner, fitness enthusiast, and amateur squash player. He also engages in angel investing, with investments in emerging sectors such as Healthtech, HR SAAS, and Aviation.

He’s written a multitude of articles covering a wide range of subjects, like general management, human resources, and academia, and these have been showcased in well-known business publications. Sudarshan is widely acknowledged as one of the foremost authorities in the executive search industry in India. Additionally, he served as a jury member for the selection of ‘India’s hottest young executives’ for Business Today in both 2014 and 2015.
