Kunio Noji assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Komatsu Ltd. on April 1, 2013. Prior to this, he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President from June 2007 to April 1, 2013. Additionally, Kunio served on the Board of Directors at Komatsu Ltd. since June 1997. He also served as a Commissioner of Komatsu Indonesia tbk PT and as the President of the Construction and Mining Equipment Marketing Division at Asunaro Aoki Construction Company Ltd.
Since April 2003, Kunio held the position of President of the Construction and Mining Equipment Marketing Division at Komatsu Ltd.
