During his tenure from June 2014 to June 2016, he spearheaded the establishment of a new business vertical across Africa, focusing on B2B, B2C, and B2G models. His contributions extended to forging partnerships with clients such as McKinsey, AGRA, FIPS, and the National Construction Authority Kenya, contributing to the skilling missions across the continent.

Additionally, Mahesh Gera held various roles at Reliance Communications, NIS Sparta, Yamaha Gensets, and Honda Siel Power Products Ltd, where he gained valuable insights into corporate and business HR, sales and marketing, team management, and customer service.
