CONTROVERSY
On the 26th of October 2021 advocate Sudha Dwivedi submitted a written complaint ay MRA Marg Police Station against Pooja Dadlani, Sameer Wankhede, and three witness in the drug case as well as Prabhakar Sail, Manish Bhanushali, and Kiran Gosavi over assertion of “extortion by threat of accusation of an offence”. In a Statement to the Bombay High Court, the Narcotis Control Bureau (NCB) alleged that Pooja Dadlani ” seemed to have affected” a witness, Prabhakar Sail, who, in an affidavit, claimed that Kiran Gosavi, the Private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, had organized to demand Rs. 25 crore from Pooja Dadlani (Shah Rukh Khan’s manager) to settle the case . He also declared Rs. 25 crore, Rs. 8 crore was denoted for Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer chief the investigation.
