Poonam Rawal and her sister pitched their Lucknow-based designer saree manufacturing company and offered investors Rs 75 lakhs for 1% equity. Namita Thapar stated that she wants Aman Gupta to take advantage of this opportunity because he is like his brother.
All of the investors received samples of Chikankari sarees and kurtas from Aakriti and Poonam. They claimed that brands such as FAB India do not stock as many Chikankari sarees as we do. Aakriti informs them that their company employs 70 people.
Aakriti informs Namita Thapar that 33% of their sales are international, and 33% are repeat customers on average. She stated that they have inventory for the next two months. Poonam stated that this saree brand was Aakriti’s dream, and Aakriti became emotional.
Aman Gupta offered them Rs 75 lakhs in exchange for 5% equity. Namita Thapar stated that Aman wishes to go solo, which is why she is absent.

Peyush and Aman reduced their offer to Rs 75 lakhs for 3.75% equity, and the deal was finalised on that basis.
