Prasad Jawade joined a theatre company close to Pune once he had graduated from high school. He has performed in numerous Marathi plays. In 2010, he made his acting debut in the Marathi TV series “Mazhiya Priyala Preet Kalena.”
He played the protagonist character of “Kartik” in the Zee Marathi TV series “Ase He Kanyadaan” in 2015.
He appeared in cameos in Marathi movies including “Mr. & Mrs. Sadachari” and “Guru” in 2016.
He has appeared in the Marathi television programme “Awaaz- Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar” on Colors (2016).
