CAREER

Premanand Ji Vrindavan, located in Vrindavan, India, is a spiritual organization. It was founded by Premanand Ji Maharaj, and its aim is to spread the message of peace and love through various programs and initiatives. It offers free classes on yoga, meditation, and other spiritual practices to help people attain inner peace and happiness.”

“Maharaj Ji took a vow of celibacy. His name was Anandswarup Brahmachari, and later, he accepted sannyasa (renunciation). After accepting the Mahavakya (sacred phrase), he was named Swami Anandashram.

Maharaj Ji lived a life of complete renunciation while adhering to strict principles that transcend physical consciousness. He accepted only what was given to him by the grace of God without any personal effort for his existence.”

As a spiritual practitioner, most of their life was spent on the banks of the Ganges River. Maharaj never accepted the structured life of an ashram. Ganga quickly became their second mother, as they roamed the banks of the Ganges (between Haridwar and Varanasi) without concern for hunger, clothing, or weather. Even in the harsh cold, they never abandoned their daily routine of bathing in the Ganges three times.

They fasted for several days, and their body shivered from the cold, but they remained completely absorbed in the meditation of the “Supreme.” Within a few years of taking sannyas, they received the divine blessings of Lord Shiva.

Maharaj undoubtedly had the grace of Lord Shiva. One day, while meditating under a tree in Varanasi, they were drawn towards the glory of Vrindavan through the grace of Shri Shyama Shyam.

In the morning, they would witness the leelas of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, and at night, they would witness the leelas of Lord Shyama Shyam. This marked a turning point in their life, which unfolded over the course of a month. Following Swamiji’s advice and with the help of a disciple of Shri Narayan Das Bhaktamal, Maharaj Ji boarded a train bound for Mathura.

Maharaj Ji arrived in Vrindavan without any acquaintances. A saint at the Banke Bihari Ji Temple suggested that they should also visit the Shri Radhavallabh Temple.

Maharaj Ji served his Sadguru Dev closely for 10 years. Soon, with the grace of his Sadguru Dev and the blessings of Shri Vrindavan Dham, he became completely absorbed in a state of devotion and developed boundless devotion at the lotus feet of Shri Radha.

They raised questions about the importance of studying in school and acquiring materialistic knowledge, explaining how it would help them achieve their goals. In their quest for answers, they began chanting “Shri Ram Jay Ram Jay Jay Ram” and “Shri Krishna Govind Hare Murari.”

By the time they reached the 9th grade, they had firmly resolved to lead a spiritual life. They shared their thoughts and decisions with their mother. At the tender age of 13, one morning, Maharaj Ji left their home to uncover the truth behind human existence.
