She dedicated herself to learning about nutrition, engaging with medical professionals, and developing a comprehensive plan for a non-profit organization centered on combating cancer through food and nutrition.
Harnessing her expertise as a marketer, Purnota and her team disseminated advocacy materials and collaborated with doctors to emphasize the critical role of nutrition in fighting childhood cancer. Their efforts bore fruit as numerous pediatric oncologists rallied behind the cause, becoming passionate advocates themselves. By leveraging her background and enlisting like-minded individuals with complementary skill sets, Purnota effectively garnered support for her mission, establishing a network of champions committed to improving the lives of cancer-affected children through nutrition.
