Rajat Khare is the founder of Boundary Holding, a Luxembourg-based next-generation technology fund that invests in deep technology and artificial intelligence.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rajat Khare began his entrepreneurial journey after receiving his Computer Science degree from the reputed Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He interned in the mathematics department of RUCA, the University of Antwerp. As a keynote speaker, he has appeared at over 20 major conferences and events. He has authored various research papers that have appeared in publications such as Data Mining V by WIT press and at international conferences. He has also counselled several businesses and written the book “Make the Move” – Demystifying Entrepreneurship.

Rajat co-wrote the business books Make the Move and The Science of Achievement. Both books demonstrate Rajat’s passion for entrepreneurship and worldwide incubation of new solutions.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam recognised him for his efforts to promote entrepreneurship at the President’s house in 2006.

CAREER

As a member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE), an IIT Delhi alumni organisation, and the Indian angel network, Rajat Khare actively supports and encourages entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ventures all around the world. His work as an investor has also been used as a case study in Professor Patrick Turner’s Entrepreneurship course at INSEAD Business School. Boundary Holding, Rajat Khare’s Luxembourg-based firm, has invested in, which has fundamentally changed India’s recycling story. Rajat Khare’s Boundary Holding has also invested in Neo Medical.

Based on its creative ideas, this company has developed groundbreaking one-time use sterile kits that contain a pedicle screw system and cage for spine surgery, saving hospitals and patients a significant amount of money. Rajat Khare’s deep-tech investment firm has also invested in Scewo Bro, the world’s only motorised wheelchair that combines driving on two wheels with ascending stairs. Rajat Khare has also invested in Cerbair, a French-based Technofounders firm aiming to expand autonomous security of vulnerable installations and essential infrastructure, including UAV monitoring.
