Sidharth is the son of Kaimal Manoj and Sandhya Manoj, both professional yoga teachers. His mother, Sandhya Manoj, is also an Odissi Dance Performer and was a contestant on the reality show Bigg Boss season 3 Malayalam in 2022. The family owns a yoga studio named Manasayoga in Kerala. Sidharth has a younger sister named Shivani Manoj, who is an artist.

Sidharth’s journey to recognition began with his videos on TikTok, where he garnered popularity and eventually established his own TikTok channel. His career took a turn towards fashion modeling when he was represented by the talent agency Inega in Mumbai. In 2019, Sidharth emerged as the winner of The Model Search contest presented by Velocity mall, earning a one-year modeling contract with Runway productions and a cash prize of Rs 35,000.
