Sneha’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She also pursued a Master’s in Business Economics, specializing in Human Resource Management, Strategy and Competitive Advantage, Economics, and Management of Business as an exchange student at the University of Amsterdam.
CAREER
With a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Punjab Engineering College, Sneha has accumulated a wealth of experience throughout her career. She commenced her professional journey at Texas Instruments, where she served as an HR Manager for over four years, managing core R&D teams, sales teams, and horizontal teams. She later took on the role of Talent Development Manager for TI India, overseeing learning and development initiatives for approximately 1300 employees.
Following her tenure at Texas Instruments, Sneha joined Flipkart.com as an HR Manager, where she led HR processes for business, marketing, and strategy teams, overseeing a team of HR professionals. She played a crucial role in collaborating with business leaders for the design and implementation of people strategy, focusing on organizational health, employee experience, communication, role clarity, and organizational development.
Sneha continued to climb the corporate ladder, serving as a Senior HRBP Consultant at SAP, where she was the Country HR Leader for SAP Ariba Technologies India. In this role, she managed an employee strength of around 800 and partnered with leadership teams for driving people strategy and business success.
Before joining Simpl, Sneha was the Vice President of Human Resources at Myntra, where she worked for two years and nine months. In this capacity, she made significant contributions to the HR landscape in the Bengaluru area.
Her diverse experiences also include a stint at SAP as a Director HR, where she served as the Regional HRBP lead for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, focusing on Technology & Innovation and the Intelligent Enterprise Group Board Areas. She collaborated with leadership teams for driving people strategy and business success for approximately 1500 employees.
