CAREER
In the Indian Army, Sumit wanted to secure his career for which he attempted twice, but failed. After completing his maaters, he did an internship in journalism with Jansatta. In 1997, He connected the Zee News Channel. Later, he worked with the India top- most news channels such as Aaj Tak and IBN 7. In 2012, he was bestowed with ‘Madhavju Jyoti Puraskar’ for the best Journalist, and in 2019 he received ‘Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Awards’. He anchored a show named ‘Shabaash India’, which was meant to showcase the positive incidents happening in the society. He has appeared as an expert in various episodes
