CAREER
Umar Riaz started working as a Clinical assistant at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai, Maharashtra, after completing his MBBS and MS, In 2018. He worked as a Senior Registrar ( General Surgery) In 2020. During his teens, he dreamt of becoming a model. Later, he auditioned for different modelling projects and worked as a model with various renowned Indian Photographers. In 2021, he featured in various music Videos such as ‘Gunaah Karde’ by Dipesh Agarwal, ‘Sky High’ by Asim Riaz, and Befikar Raho’ by Jugni in. He participated in the TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss 15’, along with other contestants like Donal Bisht, Pratik Sehajpal, Karan Kundra and Afsana Khan, in 2021.
CONTROVERSY
During an interview, his ex- girlfriend Sonal Vengurlekar accused Umar of Using her money for his profit, even after their breakup. She said, ” firstly, he visited my sets and didn’t even have money to reward the cab driver and I had to take money from make-up dada and reward the driver. In fact later we broke up, he quite had access to my OTT Platforms subscriptions and Zomato and used to make online orders using my cash. Lastly, I had to delete my Zomato account after I was left with no option. All I want to say is before you point a finger at someone make sure your image is clear enough “.
