Vineet Saraiwala pitched his inclusive platform that employs disabled people and offered 1% equity for Rs 30 lakhs. He stated that he is visually impaired and suffers from Retinitis Pigmentosa. He informed investors that he and his brother are both blind, but they excel in school. Anuj Saraiwala is his brother’s name.
Vineet demonstrated his website to the investors. Peyush Bansal questioned him, asking why he needed a separate website. According to Vineet, this allows people to easily obtain opportunities. Vineet explained to the Sharks that his company operates on two models: monthly subscription and placement-based. Anupam Mittal made him an offer of Rs 30 lakhs for 4.29% equity, and both Aman Gupta and Namita Thapar informed him that they wanted to join Anupam in his deal. Peyush Bansal offered him Rs 1 crore for 12% equity and stated that he wishes to work solely with him. Peyush also stated that he requires a seat at the table in his company.
Vineet invited all four Sharks to join forces and strike a deal for 10% equity in exchange for Rs 1.20 crore. Peyush stated that he can do this for Rs 1 crore with 10% equity. Anupam and Peyush fought over this deal because Peyush preferred to travel alone. Anupam Mittal gave a offer to him which is Rs 30 lakhs for 4.29% Equity and both Aman Gupta & Namita Thapar told him that they want to join Anupam in his deal. Peyush Bansal offered him Rs 1 crore for 12% Equity and he said that he wants to work with him alone. Peyush also said that he needs a place on the table in his company.

Anupam and Peyush argued over this deal because Peyush wanted to go alone. Anupam announced his departure and wished him well, adding that it appears Peyush has a hidden agenda.
Peyush Bansal stated that he is reaching out to Vineet and advises him to accept a deal from Namita Thapar and Aman Gupta.
Finally, a deal was struck with Aman Gupta and Namita Thapar for Rs 30 lakhs in exchange for 3% equity.
