Will Donnelly is the Co-Founder of Lottie, a free service based in London, England, that assists families and retirees in understanding, finding, and funding later life care. As the Co-Founder & CEO of Lottie since January 2021, he has been leading the company for over 3 years, contributing to its mission of providing valuable support to individuals navigating later life care.
EDUCATION
In terms of education, Will Donnelly holds an MSc in Real Estate with Distinction from the University College of Estate Management, spanning the years 2017 to 2019. He also graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in History with a 2:1 distinction in the years 2012 to 2015. His A-Levels in Economics, History, Politics, and D&T were completed at Wellington College from 2007 to 2012.
CAREER
Additionally, Will Donnelly is part of Lottie’s Found CRM, a cloud-based software supporting providers in effectively managing their enquiries, occupancy, and finances. This role, undertaken since June 2022, has added another 1 year and 8 months to his experience in the field.
Prior to his involvement with Lottie, Will Donnelly served as a Chartered Surveyor at CBRE from May 2016 to December 2020. During this time, he provided advisory services on corporate and real estate transactions within the health and social care sectors.
As a Co-Founder of Fever Events from October 2013 to December 2020, based in Durham, England, Will Donnelly co-created a student events business and successfully hosted over 300 events before selling the business to a venue partner.
His professional journey also includes an internship at Proteus, where he assisted his father in providing property and expansion advice to retail and leisure operators in London, England, from October 2015 to March 2016.
