Abdu Rozik had rickets, a lack in growth hormone, when he was a child. His family was unable to give him better medical care because of their poor financial situation. His physical development was impeded as a result. He was questioned about how his medical condition affected his self-esteem in an interview. Not really, he retorted. Many folks I know are unemployed, don’t have nice families, and are financially strapped. Even though I’ve experienced my fair share of difficulties, I’m content with where I’ve come so far. CAREER
Abdu Rozik began his singing career when he was six years old. He has contributed his voice to a number of Tajik songs, including “Modar,” “Chaki Chaki Boron,” and “Ohi Dili Zor” (all from 2019). (2021). In an interview, he described his beginnings as a singer. He stated:
By listening to the songs on cassettes, I was able to learn them. I used to hum and sing to relax whenever I felt stressed. Singing eventually turned into a passion. I used to sing at the bazaars because I used to live in a rural. MMA FIGHTER
Abdu has also taken part in a few MMA matches against young players and dwarfs. Hasbulla, a Russian TikToker and MMA competitor who also has the same illness, issued a challenge to him for an MMA match in May 2021. It generated buzz on social media as soon as their mixed martial arts battle was revealed, but the Russian Dwarf Athletic Association (RDAA) disapproved of it and deemed it unethical. When asked about the altercation in an interview, Hasbulla responded, “Abdu Rozik?” He’s a loser. a vocalist. This fight doesn’t really make sense, and it would be embarrassing for me to fight a singer.
He posted a video of himself singing Arijit Singh’s Hindi song “Enna Sona” from the movie “OK Jaanu” in 2021. (2017). He received an invitation to the IIFA (2022) award presentation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He sang the Hindi song “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga” from the movie “1942: A Love Story” at the occasion (1994). Salman Khan, who was also present at the ceremony, was honoured in the song’s dedication. Salman Khan greeted him after the ceremony and gave him a hug.
Then Khatija Rahman, a daughter of A. R. Rahman, invited Abdu to her wedding in India. Then A. R. Rahman’s daughter Khatija Rahman invited Abdu to India to attend her wedding festivities. Rahman revealed in an interview that Ameen, the musician and composer who is Rahman’s son, contacted him after learning about the job I was doing. We kept in touch after that, and our first encounter was in Dubai. We grew close, and I later met AR Rahmanji. We all participated in an unplanned jam session while I played the piano. My first encounter with him was then.
Additionally, he has shared the stage with famed Indian artist A. R. Rahman. He said in an interview that I joined him on stage in singing Mustafa Mustafa when we were discussing the same topic. It was such a privilege to perform with an internationally renowned composer who has won an Oscar for his music. When I was singing his words, I was undoubtedly tense. However, he was kind enough to allow me to sing freely. For me, getting to perform on stage with one of my favourite musicians was a dream come true.
