Kashish won Mr and Ms University, a beauty contest put on by NIEM, in 2018.
In the same year, she competed in Mr. & Miss Maharashtra, winning the title of Miss Maharashtra.
Kashish competed in Miss Fabb India in 2020, where she finished as the first runner-up. Kashish Ratnani was the winner of the 12th season of the beauty contest Everyuth Bombay Times Fresh Face in 2020.
Later, she starred in a Tata Nexon campaign alongside K. L. Rahul. She competed in Mission Dreams Miss, Mr., and Mrs. India the same year. She was on the cover of the exclusive magazine Blaxk in May 2022. Kashish Ratnani appeared in a Caratlane commercial in August 2022. She is represented by TOABH Talent Management, a modelling agency.
