CAREER
His journey began at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and he later became a founding member of Corporate Directions, Inc. (CDI), an independent management consulting firm based in Tokyo. His tenure at CDI culminated in his role as the Chief Executive Officer.
In 2003, Kazuhiko Toyama assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ), a government-backed restructuring fund. Following the dissolution of IRCJ in 2007, he went on to establish Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. (IGPI) and served as its CEO until September 2020. His educational background includes graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo and obtaining an MBA from Stanford University. Additionally, he has successfully passed the Japanese National Bar Examination.
