Sanchari Sengupta

Sanchari Sengupta is an Indian singer who rose to fame by participating in the Sony TV reality show Indian Idol 13 as a contestant.

In Kolkata, West Bengal, on January 8, 2001, she was born.

EDUCATION

From the start, she had a passion for singing. She used to practise singing in addition to her schoolwork because of this. She obtained instruction in opera singing at the Kolkata campus of the London School of Music.

CAREER

At the tender age of 10, she triumphed in the singing reality series “Sa Theke Sa Junior” on ETV. He received the National Bal Shree Samman Award in 2012 from the Indian government, which is presented to imaginative kids between the ages of 9 and 16.
Sengupta’s vocal ability earned him the 2014 Pogo Amazing Kid Award in the singing category. She then participated as a competitor in the Star Jalsa Bengali singing reality TV series Super Singer in 2020.
He won the show’s championship after mesmerising everyone with his vocal abilities, earning him a cash award of 2.5 lakh. In the Bengali film Baba, Baby, O, Sanchari performed playback singing alongside Shovan Ganguly, lending his voice to the song Badhone Bandhibo.
She debuted as a participant on the third season of Indian Idol 13 on Sony TV in 2022. She won a golden ticket in the show’s audition round by captivating the judges with her opera singing.
