Deekila Sherpa was born on January 25, 2002, making her 22 years old as of 2024. In her personal life, Deekila is unmarried and her previous relationship was with Aniket Lama, a fitness influencer and fellow contestant on MTV Splitsvilla 15, from 2020 to 2023. Her family includes her father, Đăng Hương, who is a Sikkim government employee, her mother, Karuna Rai, who is a content creator, and her younger brother, Sohan Chettri.

Deekila’s educational journey took her to Baha’i School in Tadong, Sikkim for her schooling. She pursued her B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Deekila enjoys various hobbies such as traveling, reading, and playing sports like archery, table tennis, golf, and badminton. She has a few tattoos, including feather designs on her chest, a rose flower on her forearm, and a butterfly on her abdomen.
Deekila’s interest in modeling began during her school days. After completing her education, she ventured into photoshoots, featuring in magazines and newspapers, and participating in local beauty pageants. Additionally, she appeared in music videos, including “K Thiyo Ra” in 2021. Deekila also worked as a lab technician before moving to Bengaluru for further studies.
In 2021, Deekila was appointed as an election ambassador by the Sikkim State Election Commission, aiming to raise awareness among young voters about their voting rights.
