Dr. Metri has led two Indian delegations to Bali, Indonesia, for ISO/TC 260 and to Amersfoort, Netherlands, for ISO/TC 251, contributing to the development of international standards. His diverse roles include chairing the International Academic Review Committee for Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman, serving as a foreign expert for HEQAAC (UGC) in Nepal, participating as a member of the ABMC Accreditation Panel in Osaka, Japan, and joining the Eurasia-Pacific Uninet (EPU).
Notably, Dr. Metri made history by becoming the first Indian to be elected as the Vice President of the Asia Pacific Division at the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI).
