Paridhi Adani is an Indian lawyer and a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), a Mumbai-based legal practise. She is the daughter of corporate lawyer Cyril Shroff and managing partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, as well as the wife of Karan Adani, CEO of Adani Ports and SEZ Limited.

Paridhi K. Adani, also known as Paridhi Karan Adani, was born on Monday, June 12, 1989 in Mumbai, Maharashtra as Paridhi Shroff (name before marriage). Her astrological sign is Gemini. Cyril Shroff, Paridhi’s father, is an Indian corporate lawyer and the managing partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), a full-service Indian legal firm based in Mumbai. Vandana Shroff, her mother, is also a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Rishabh Shroff, her elder brother, is a partner and co-private client at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Rishabh is married to Saloni Shroff.
On February 13, 2013, Paridhi Shroff married Karan Adani, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones (APSEZ). They have one daughter, Anuradha Karan Adani, who was born in 2016.
EDUCATION
Paridhi attended Bombay Scottish School in Mahim, Mumbai (up to class 10). She studied commerce in classes 11 and 12 at H. R. College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai. Paridhi pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai in Accounting and Finance. She then enrolled in the Government Law College in Mumbai to obtain a Bachelor of Laws degree. Paridhi has also studied at the Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Montreux, Switzerland, a classic finishing school. She attended INSEAD, a business school in Fontainebleau, France, in 2013. She then completed a three-month internship in corporate dossier and brand equity at The Economic Times. She also worked as a summer intern at CNBC-TV18.

CAREER
Paridhi is a lawyer who is a member of the Maharashtra and Goa Bar Councils. Paridhi began her legal career in May 2011 as a summer associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, an international law firm based in New York City. She worked there for around three months before resigning from her post. Paridhi joined her family company Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co as an associate in July 2013. Following the death of her grandmother, the firm was divided into two: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. Paridhi started as a Senior Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ Ahmedabad office in May 2015. She was elevated to the position of Principal Associate.
Paridhi was raised to the status of partner in the company in July 2019. Paridhi also works in the General Corporate Practice area at the company. Paridhi advises clients on issues relating to their workforce and employee database, such as contracts, exits, and statutory compliance. Paridhi has assisted and advised a number of Indian and foreign clients, including large institutions, conglomerates, technology-based start-ups, and public sector entities, on the evolving regulations and legal framework surrounding their businesses and activities in India. She has also assisted in the creation of long-term commercial contracts.
