Saltanat’s path to realizing her dream of becoming a government officer was marked by challenges. Her journey began with the completion of her B. Tech degree, and it was during her college years that she first discovered the realm of civil services. Despite facing hurdles, she persevered through three attempts at the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination before achieving success in the UPPSC examination.
Nonetheless, her preparation for the civil services encountered its share of obstacles. The tragic loss of her brother Danesh deeply affected her, prompting a temporary pause in her civil services preparations as she devoted time to be with her family at home.
