CAREER
Mr. Goswami leads the public policy practice at the firm. Prior to joining, he served as Chief of the Regional Cooperation and Integration Thematic Group (RCI) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, Philippines, starting in 2009, and had been with ADB since 1996.
In his role as Chief of RCI, he oversaw operational planning, RCI corporate reporting, quality and skills enhancement, innovative RCI pipeline development, joint initiatives with Sector and Thematic Groups, and chaired the Integrity Oversight Committee and Appeals Committee. Additionally, he served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank, Mumbai, from 1992 to 1996, and worked as an Attorney with Swidler & Berlin, Washington, D.C., USA, from 1987 to 1992.
