Patrick Dupuis assumed the role of Director for the Company in April 2016, where he has made substantial contributions. He currently serves as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, playing a pivotal role in governance and executive compensation matters. Mr. Dupuis brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise.

Mr. Dupuis holds a degree from the École de Management de Lyon in France, underlining his strong educational foundation, which has complemented his practical experiences in the corporate world. CAREER

In his current capacity, Mr. Dupuis offers executive coaching to c-suite and mid-career executives, providing valuable insights and guidance to help them achieve their professional goals. This role highlights his commitment to fostering leadership development and growth within the business world.

Prior to his current role, he served as an advisor and interim executive for Hellman & Friedman, a prestigious private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco. During his tenure, he played a critical role in preparing and executing the merger between Kronos and Ultimate Software, which is a significant corporate event in the tech industry.

Before this, Mr. Dupuis held key positions at PayPal Holdings, Inc., a global technology platform and payments leader. As the Chief Financial Officer of PayPal, he facilitated the company’s listing on Nasdaq in 2015, a notable achievement. He also played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion, contributing to its double-digit growth. Following his role as CFO, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President for Quality and Productivity, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in diverse areas of corporate management.

Mr. Dupuis’ career has been marked by leadership roles in various industries. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SITEL Worldwide Corporation, a prominent player in the customer service industry. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BJC HealthCare, one of the largest non-profit healthcare organizations in the United States. His ability to adapt and excel in diverse sectors is a testament to his wide-ranging skills and adaptability.

Patrick Dupuis began his professional journey in 1984 at General Electric (GE), one of the world’s largest and most renowned conglomerates. During his two-decade tenure at GE, he held various executive positions, including heading GE’s prestigious Audit Staff. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare and was the General Manager of GE Capital International Services (now known as Genpact). His extensive experience at GE shaped his leadership style and equipped him with the skills needed to drive growth, enable transformation at scale, and foster talent development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dupuis has consistently demonstrated his ability to enable growth and transformation within the organizations he has been a part of. His background is a testament to his expertise in financial and strategic leadership, which has contributed significantly to the success of various companies.
