Prior to his current role, he served as an advisor and interim executive for Hellman & Friedman, a prestigious private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco. During his tenure, he played a critical role in preparing and executing the merger between Kronos and Ultimate Software, which is a significant corporate event in the tech industry.
Before this, Mr. Dupuis held key positions at PayPal Holdings, Inc., a global technology platform and payments leader. As the Chief Financial Officer of PayPal, he facilitated the company’s listing on Nasdaq in 2015, a notable achievement. He also played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion, contributing to its double-digit growth. Following his role as CFO, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President for Quality and Productivity, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in diverse areas of corporate management.

He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SITEL Worldwide Corporation, a prominent player in the customer service industry. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BJC HealthCare, one of the largest non-profit healthcare organizations in the United States. Patrick Dupuis began his professional journey in 1984 at General Electric (GE), one of the world’s largest and most renowned conglomerates. During his two-decade tenure at GE, he held various executive positions, including heading GE’s prestigious Audit Staff. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare and was the General Manager of GE Capital International Services (now known as Genpact). His extensive experience at GE shaped his leadership style and equipped him with the skills needed to drive growth, enable transformation at scale, and foster talent development.
